Management Team

Marcel Mercier founded the company in 1975 in the basement of his home with just a few small tools and the support of his loving wife. Over the years with creativity and leadership, Marcel has been able to bring together a team of experienced engineers and highly talented fabricators always working on a solution for the loyal customer base. When not at work Marcel enjoys flying planes, skiing and being on the water with his family and friends.

Nick Mercier is the 2nd generation of the Mercier Family to lead the business. Nick grew up in the business, working summers until graduation from UNH in 2002 with a Mechanical Engineering degree. When not at work he enjoys outdoor activities such as car racing, riding motorcycles, skiing and sailing. His passion at this time is racing cars and tinkering with them.

Matt Mercier joined the family team in 2010 and has brought along his creativity and marketing skill to the business. Matthew worked in the Sports Arena Marketing area prior to entering the metal fabrication business and now develops and maintains client relationships. In 2000, Matthew sailed a tall ship around the world bringing back with him his worldly experiences. Today he enjoys being on the water and spending time with his family.

Matt Bravar joined the Macy team in 2003 after graduating from UNH with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. He brought his creativity and leadership talent. Matthew manages daily project objectives and provides the leadership to additional team members for the completion of jobs. When at work, Matt can be found on the water with his family enjoying life.
